Handlebar bag with detachable shoulder strap
This handlebar bag from the Noir series of Basil has a detachable shoulder strap and a handle, so you can take the bag from your bicycle and take it with you. it has reflectors on the side, so people can you see better in the dark. There are also practical pockets on the inside to store small items.
With Basil/KlickFix plate
This bag has a so-called Basil or KlickFix plate on the back. You can use this to mount the bag on your handle bars. However, you will need a mounting system for connecting the plate on the back of your steering wheel. This is not included. You can find the mounting systems here.
